All of us experience at some point in our lives periods where life seems to lose its meaning. Sometimes haunted by memories of the past, painful events in the current present or worries about the future, can all make it quite difficult to cope with everyday life.
You’ll find that, talking with someone who is qualified and has been trained to listen and support, leaves you less disorientated and more equipped to make the changes you need to improve the quality of your life.

Qualifications and experience: BSC(Honours) & PGDip
Whilst I have a wide experience helping people from all different backgrounds including from sexual and ethnic minority groups, my experience comes mainly from working in private practice and offering my services in different organisations, including the NHS.
I hold a BSc (Honours) in Integrative Counselling – Psychotherapy awarded by Roehampton University, a program which is approved by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
I have also completed a Postgraduate Diploma PGDip in Attachment Studies, which remains one of my main areas of interest. This means that, as part of the therapeutic journey, I aim to help people gaining a deeper understanding of their own personal attachment style.
My style of working is being sided by side with individuals at a pace that suits them and my professional approach is compassionate, warm and down to earth.
As with most responsible therapists, I have personal experience of long-term therapy.
